1) How often are new designs available?
We release new designs every few weeks to keep things exciting for you, so do check back for our latest designs as we keep pushing the boundaries of sexy undergarments for men! You could also choose to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of your screen to receive updates from us!
2) I remember seeing a design that I fancied but it is no longer available when I’m back!
As we are always coming out with new designs, we only tailor limited pieces per design. If you do see something you like, do grab it quick before it runs out of stock!
3) How do I make payment?
We accept payment via the Paypal gateway. You do not need a paypal account and can still make payment using your credit card as a guest on the Paypal site. We do not keep any of your credit card details on our site at all times.
4) How would my items be shipped to me?
All orders would be shipped via international registered air post to your address. To protect your privacy, all orders are packed in discreet security envelopes without any external markings and packages would simply be labeled as “Mens Apparel”.
5) How fast would my items reach me?
Orders to Asia (e.g Hong Kong) generally take 3-5 working days to reach you while orders to the rest of the world (e.g USA, Germany etc) generally takes 6-8 working days to reach you. All orders would come with a tracking number which can be used online to check on the status of your order.
6) What happens once I make an order?
Once you place an order with us, you would receive an email confirming your order details. You would then receive another email from us within 1 business day (excluding Sundays) confirming that your order has been processed by our shipping department and the date of shipment to your address. We will then send you the tracking number once it is available. You could also contact us at any point during the process for any and all enquiries at email@example.com
7) Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide to any city or town in the world as long as your city or town is served by your country’s national post carrier, including all major cities in Europe, USA, Canada, Russia and Asia.
8) Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we do! There are no problems shipping to PO boxes.
